1. Who We Are

Easypeace, Inc. (“Easypeace,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is building an AI-powered mediation platform. We are the data controller for personal data collected through easypeace.xyz and any associated email lists or beta programs.

2. What Data We Collect

We do not collect special-category data (e.g., health information) on the public website. Any conflict-related data in the beta product is processed under a separate Data Processing Notice provided to testers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  1. Send updates—newsletters, product announcements, event invites.

  2. Provide early access—manage waitlists, onboarding, and feedback loops.

  3. Improve our site—aggregate analytics to understand what content is useful.

  4. Maintain security—detect fraud and defend against attacks.

We never sell or rent personal data.

4. Sharing & Transfers

  • Service providers (email delivery, analytics, hosting) receive only the data needed to perform their duties and act under written contracts.

  • Law enforcement—only if required by law.

  • International transfers—when a provider is outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. Retention

  • Marketing emails: until you withdraw consent or after 3 years of inactivity.

  • Beta feedback: 2 years after project completion unless you request deletion sooner.

  • Analytics logs: anonymized after 14 months.

6. Your Rights (GDPR Articles 15-22)

  • Access – know what we hold.

  • Rectification – fix inaccuracies.

  • Erasure – “right to be forgotten.”

  • Restriction – limit processing.

  • Portability – receive data in a machine-readable format.

  • Object – opt out of legitimate-interest processing.

  • Withdraw consent – anytime, without affecting prior lawful processing.

If you believe your rights are violated, you may complain to your local Supervisory Authority. Our lead authority (if established in the EEA) will be announced at launch.

7. Cookies

We use:

  • Essential cookies – site navigation and session management.

  • Analytics cookies – Google Analytics or Plausible (aggregated stats).
    A cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

8. Data Security

We employ TLS encryption, role-based access, regular vulnerability scans, and industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Staff and contractors sign confidentiality agreements.

9. Automated Decision-Making

Marketing site (easypeace.xyz): No automated profiling or decisions.
Future product: AI generates suggested message drafts; humans retain full control over what is sent. No legal or similarly significant decisions are made without human review.

10. Updates

We may revise this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
