  • Develop and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with product milestones and fundraising targets.

  • Shape brand identity and voice across web, social, PR, and thought-leadership channels.

  • Lead user-acquisition programs (paid, organic, partnerships) with a test-and-learn mindset; set and track KPIs.

  • Own product marketing: positioning, competitive analysis, launch planning, and feedback loops to Product.

  • Build and manage the marketing team (growth, content, design, community), fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Establish analytics frameworks for CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and retention; present insights to the leadership team and investors.

  • Oversee communications and PR strategy, ensuring messaging accuracy on topics of mental health, privacy, and ethics.

  • Represent marketing in fundraising and strategic partnerships, articulating market opportunity and growth plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership in B2C or B2B2C tech marketing, including ownership of budget and team performance.

  • Proven track record launching and scaling early-stage products to significant user adoption or revenue.

  • Expertise in full-funnel growth tactics: performance marketing, content strategy, lifecycle/CRM, and brand development.

  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with SQL, BI tools, and attribution modeling.

  • Experience navigating sensitive domains such as mental health, healthcare, or data privacy.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, including investors and media.

  • Effective leader in distributed or hybrid teams; excels at asynchronous communication and documentation.

Preferred

  • Prior work in an AI, digital-health, or peace-building organization.

  • Network of agency, media, and influencer relationships relevant to mental-health or wellness sectors.

  • Experience taking a brand through Series A or later fundraising rounds.

Benefits

  • Competitive early-stage salary.

  • Remote-first culture with quarterly in-person strategy sessions.
